Featured Articles Removed

Due to low participation and poor loading times associated with the javascript needed to have a featured article box, I have removed the Featured articles part of the homepage of TopicSpotter.

I may replace this feature with something else in the near future.

Better rework the featured articles - they help attract traffic too.
