You didn't have to add your Qualifications...it was evident that only a Certified Special Education Teacher would launch such a rabid attack. I don't need to bang the drum and shout what makes me so qualified. I have nothing 'to get' as you so obviously do by telling parents of all the problems their kids have and getting perfectly normal children labelled and those with serious problems ignored.

If you have to log on at 7 am to post a picture of a puppy, log on at 10 am to post a joke, then log on at 1 pm to link an article you wrote so as to hide the fact you are a 'self spammer', what is the point?
I shouldn't dare write here...I adored Menopause. I was extremely anemic most of my life because of the monthly hemorrage called menstruation. (I can get graphic here) I had pains which required codeine..(I have a friend who had to take morphine, so I'm 'lucky'). I lied about my age to get the injection to avoid getting my period. Then, of course, they stopped the injections as I was too old and once a month I suffered.

I am not disagreeing with you at all, both ends of the spectrum the 0 and the + should not be promulgated.
I don't think it is really 'role models'. In a country where many women are over weight showing them how a dress looks on a toothpick isn't going to sell it. I think that if I were designing and selling clothes I'd go after the 'average' market.

The tie dying thing was really cool....my mother was pretty good at it. I only tried to dye solid colours with deathly results.
That is the last resort; I once did the Rit thing...what a mess, and the dye keep running out. I did a pair of navy pants years ago which still fades. So far tho; after the 15 non-washes I did the delicate thing...they aren't that faded, tho...

I have always been afraid of these networks. Although I do belong to Facebook and Twitter it is under a different name and I rarely go near linkedin and also as lperry, haven't a clue what Google+ is

I would warn parents; as soon as they get the diagnois from a school therapist, move the child to another school. It works wonders.
One teacher, paid by the school, getting 'referrals' from the therapist recommended. That's how it goes. You don't want the public to know this, I understand. But this is reality.
